Date: May 29th - June 3rd, 2020

 

Venue: The University of the West Indies (UWI) Usain Bolt Sports Complex, Cave Hill Campus,

            St. Michael, Barbados

Schedule: Saturday, May 30 – 8:00am to 11:00am & 6:00pm to 10:00pm

                 Sunday, May 31 – 8:00am to 11:00am & 6:00pm to 10:00pm

                 Monday, June 1 – 8:00am to 11:00am & 5:00pm to 10:00pm

                 Tuesday, June 2 - 8:00am to 11:00am & 3:00pm to 8:00pm

                 Wednesday, June 3 – Segway Polo Fun (optional)

                 Thursday, June 4 – Catamaran Tour (optional)

 

Teams: All participating players will be ranked and pooled, and a draw will be conducted to

            form each team. There will be a maximum of 10 teams with 5 or 6 players each.

 

Format: 8-10 team round-robin. 9 matches for every team. Each match will be two chukkas of

             8 minutes each. Time permitting, additional fun matches may be scheduled.

 

Rules: ISPA rules version 1.8 will be used where applicable

 

Entry Fees: US$350.00 per player (Includes Segway rental and two shirts per player.

                   Wednesday and Thursday activities not included).

 

Activities: Barbados offers a vast array of activities including Catamaran Tours, Glass Bottom

                 Boat Tours, StandUp Paddle Boarding, Flyboarding, Kite Surfing, Wind Surfing,       

                 Scuba Diving, Island Safari, Rum Shop Tours, Concord Aviation Museum, Harrisons

                 Cave and many others. (Note that these are not included in the entry fee; group

                 rates are available for most)

 

Prizes: Locally made awards for all players
