Segway of Oakland Junkyard Dogs and other Teams of Segway Polo from around the World.
Segway Polo is a new and innovative way of playing a traditional game. The replacement of a horse with a Segway gives a bit more control over where you are heading when chasing the ball and a shorter distance to fall when mishaps or crashes happen. Segway polo is played by Segway enthusiasts all over the world, using both the Gen-1 Segways and the Gen-2 Segways. Some players even opt to use street tires instead of the off-road model tires, giving the Segway a bit more speed, though the off road model tends to have more stability. |
